You may vote by proxy in one of the following three ways:
- By telephone, by calling the toll-free number included on your proxy card or vote instruction form;
- By internet, by logging onto the website included on your proxy card or vote instruction form;
- By mail. If you have received a printed copy of our proxy mail materials by mail, you may mark, sign and date your proxy card or vote instruction form and return it by mail in the envelope provided.
